Tim Armour
Co Founder & InstructorTim is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 15 years of experience across professional services and in-house corporate finance roles. He has built, reviewed and applied financial models across a wide range of commercial contexts, supporting investment decisions, business planning and strategic analysis.
His experience spans both advisory and industry environments, giving him a practical understanding of how financial models are used in real organisations, not just in theory.
What sets Tim apart is his ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured and practical learning. He focuses on building genuine capability, helping participants understand not only how models work, but how to design them effectively and apply them with confidence.
Tim’s teaching style is engaging, approachable and grounded in real-world application, ensuring participants leave with skills they can immediately use in their roles.
Co-Founder & OperationsLisa Armour
Lisa brings over 14 years of experience in the advertising industry, where she specialised in media planning, strategy and client leadership. She has a strong track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in fast-paced commercial environments.
At Armour Academy, Lisa leads the day-to-day business operations, overseeing programme coordination, client engagement and course delivery logistics.
Lisa’s background in strategic planning and client management brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to the operational side of the business, supporting Armour Academy’s commitment to high-quality, professional training delivery.
